The quiet tucking of a fervent biriyani in humid kozhikode a decade or more back brought in the romance and with wear and tear iam still doing well with paragon as a culinary partner .
2 yrs back it was a paragon surprise dinner get together of family and friends for my birthday in Dubai .

Having frequented the LULU branch a million times 😄 last year too wasn't wanting for a small gtg in Ernakulam .
Its a great place for get together s with good eating by people who not only like to get together but to eat too .

The fluffy maida parotta yes maida , nothing but pure allantoin rich maida ,which incidentally is much maligned ,but the most tasty of all parotta genres , and this is coming from three foodies all doctors mind you so stop accusing maida as if it committed rape or murder !!
Maida on and off does as little harm ,as say toothpaste 😁 .
The prawns masala was looking good but prawns either was in the masala or knew how to hide .
The beef olarthiyathu was not bad but one cudnt write poems on it and i didnt try to being one who cud make a mean olarthiyathu myself .
Place was quiet , service not bad at all .
Whenever one asks for cold water in malluland the water is only less warm , which to people like me , used to taking water from the freezer ,wasn't fulfilling .
After a couple of sarcastic comments of tepid lukewarm water available in a humid warm country someone felt its time i was shut up so he bought me a glass of water on the rocks something to cheer about .
Overall paragon never disappoints .
Think their best bet is still green mango fish curry and red rice served with panache on this side of the Vindhyas and their trademark is authentic Kerala food malabari to be exact .
Long live paragon .
